LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Just who are all these people that did not want Las Vegas Public Radio And KIOF 97.9 FM as well as KIOF 90.1 FM to operate as a independent public broadcast station to operate and serve, "We, The People" by 2024? What is their involvement to advancing a socialist/communist style form of government on American soil?

Documents on file at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), all based on factual information show strategically coordinated effects of a censorship regime operating within the deep state tied to the Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington, D.C. who did not want Las Vegas Public Radio And KIOF 97.9 FM to operate as an independent public broadcaster by 2019 - why? Even Clark County, Nevada District Attorneys/Office staffers wanted Las Vegas Public Radio And KIOF 97.9 FM Shutdown by 2020 during COVID-19 - why?

Nevada Department Of Education employees by 2022 wanted Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 97.9 FM completely gone within 4 weeks after the death of the Las Vegas Public Radio Vice President, an honnorably discharged U.S. Navy Veteran (and teacher himeself) - why? By 2024, the Nevada Attorney General's Office with it's employees wanted Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 90.1 FM completely kept off the airwaves in Nevada - why?

Except, there is one problem with all of this. Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 90.1 FM has been an FCC licensed/permitted independent public broadcaster for several years. The question is why were the actions of these agency employees made and who was the driving forces of every single denial after denial which has acted completely opposite to that of federal law to keep a federally licensed/permitted broadcaster operator on the air under Telecommunications Act of 1934 in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities.

The actions by these individuals within each local, state and quasi-federal agency begin to explain why you cannot come on the air at KIOF 90.1 FM any longer and why you are being purposely oppressed/suppressed through a censorship regime of a combination of local, state and quasi-federal employees here in Nevada to keep your voices silenced here on Nevada airwaves.

It's been 820 days or 2 years, 2 months, 28 days (or 26 months, 28 days) since Las Vegas Public Radio went off the airwaves during Emergency Alert System (EAS) work on the station and the documents on file at the FCC show these local, state and quasi-federal agency employees went through extreme measures to target/cancel Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 90.1 FM and to purposely keep the radio station off the air from serving you, "We, The People". What is the purpose of a noncommercial radio broadcast station facility if you cannot operate that facility as authorized, licensed/permited by the FCC? What is the purpose of the FCC to even continue licensing/permitting noncommercial radio broadcast stations or even noncommercial educational (NCE) radio broadcast stations any longer as Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 90.1 FM is if local, state and quasi-federal employees are going to intentionally sabatoge the noncommercial radio broadcaster using their "agency" to whom they are supposed to be serving and want them shutdown or even to ever be operated again?

There is no doubt, people will need to be rounded up who are behind "investigations" and sent to prision at the local, state and quasi-federal level through Millitary Tribunals for their roles in intentionally sabatoging a noncommercial radio broadcaster like Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF as licensed/permitted by the FCC to operate and serve, "We, The People" and to intentionally disrupt the legal business operations of a licensed/permitted broadcaster.
